RENEWAL FEES
There are NO yearly renewal fees with lia sophia!
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Advisors earn 30% on all personal sales. When you recruit 3 people and have monthly team sales of $5,000 and a minimum of $1,500 from you, you become a manager and earn 40% commission on your personal sales and 10% commission on your recruits retail sales. Plus there are bonuses offered for total sales of $7,000 you earn $100 bonus, $9,000 gets you a $150 bonus and $11,000 earns you a $175 bonus plus you earn 5% override each week on personal promoted units. ADVISOR INCENTIVES
There is a yearly trip you can earn each year and the trip for the 2008 contest period is a Caribbean Cruise in 2009! They also offer an excellent beginnings program for new advisors to earn $600 in free jewelry certificates for reaching certain sales levels in their first 15 weeks of business. The company also offers monthly contests or incentives. You will earn so much free jewelry with lia sophia that you wont know what to buy with it!!!

SALES REQUIREMENT
There are no sales requirements with lia sophia at the advisor level. To still receive company literature, you must submit a qualified show ($250 in sales) every 12 weeks. If it has been longer than 12 weeks that you have submitted a show, simply submit a qualified show and you will start receiving company literature once again.
